Cayman Islands Brewery was launched in 2007 and is the only brewery on Grand Cayman. Since inception, they have launched 10 beer brands and 3 seasonal beers, some of which have won awards in the international arena, that are favorites with Cayman locals and visitors from around the world, including:
Caybrew is a full-bodied premium pale lager with a clean, crisp character. It’s the brewery’s flagship product and has been awarded an international gold medal for quality.
345 Lager is named for the Cayman Islands telephone area code, and is one of CIB’s biggest sellers. The blond, light, refreshing island lager is 4.5% ABV and has a clean, crisp taste.
Ironshore Bock is a full-bodied, strong and dark bock with a rich and nutty flavor, the result of specialty black, Crystal and Munich malts, and hops from Washington state’s Cascade Mountains.
White Tip Lager is a smooth, moderate-bodied pilsner and the world’s first conservation beer. Part of the profits are donated to Cayman Marine Conservation.

Guinness Stout, an Irish Dry Stout from Dublin, Ireland, is one of the most successful beer brands in the world
- Blue Moon Belgian White is an unfiltered wheat ale brewed by Coors in Denver, Colorado and spiced in the Belgian tradition for a smooth taste. It has won a variety of medals in the white beer category.
- Hoegaarden: This well-known, award-winning wheat beer comes from the Belgian village of Hoegaarden, where white beers (witbieren) have been brewed since 1445.
- Red Stripe is Jamaica’s famous brew that debuted in 1928. It’s a beautiful pale lager with a light gold color. Today, Red Stripe is a subsidiary of one of the largest beverage conglomerates in the world, Heineken.
