Cayman Islands Brewery
Cayman Islands Brewery (CIB) was launched in 2007 and is the only brewery on Island. They pride themselves on their environmentally friendly production and distribution, including returnable bottles.
One factor that sets CIB apart is the super-clean water they use in their beers. The Caymans are famous for their pristine desalinated water, but CIB purifies the water they use to 99.9%, producing the freshest beer in the Caribbean.
CIB produces main and seasonal beers that are all highly regarded and have won numerous international awards. Why not give them all a try?
- Caybrew is a full-bodied premium pale lager with a clean, crisp character and is the brewery’s flagship product. It has been awarded an international gold medal for quality.
- Caybrew Premium Light is a light lager with only 95 calories and 2.4 grams of carbs. It’s also specially crafted to remove the gluten.
- 345 Beer is named for the Cayman Islands telephone area code and is one of the Islands’ most popular beers. The blond, light, refreshing island lager is 4.5% ABV and has a clean, crisp taste.
- 345 Stout offers a little more kick at 5% ABV. It is created with seven different specialty aromatic malts that are roasted until they acquire a rich, dark chocolate color and aged in rum barrels.
- Ironshore Bock is brewed to a German recipe. It’s a full-bodied, strong and dark bock with a rich and nutty flavor, the result of specialty black, Crystal and Munich malts and hops from Washington state’s Cascade Mountains.
- White Tip Lager is a smooth, moderate-bodied pilsner and the world’s first conservation beer. Part of the profits are donated to Cayman Marine Conservation.
- Shell Shock IPA is a light bodied, golden ale bursting with aromatic hops that boast big bold flavors of citrus and grapefruit.
- Pirate’s Gold is a seasonal amber lager that is released in the Fall of each year to coincide with Cayman’s Pirate’s Week festivities.
