- 1 oz. dry vermouth
- ½ TBSP Maraschino liqueur

Instructions:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups demerara sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

- Heat the sugar and water on low heat, stirring to completely dissolve the sugar.
- Take the pan off of the heat.
- Add the raspberries.
- Stir until the berries reach a pulp-like texture.
- Strain the cooled mixture.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
