To receive delivery on the same day as your order, make sure that it’s placed before 2 in the afternoon. If you miss that deadline, it will be available for pickup until 7 pm at the George Town location as long as you place the order by 6 pm. Additionally, plan ahead for Sunday drinking because we are completely closed for in-store and delivery purchases on the first day of the week.

Enjoy a Bit of Day (or Night) Drinking with These Island-Friendly Cocktails
Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 12-ounce bag of frozen strawberries
- 6 oz. rum (Try Grand Cayman’s own Seven Fathoms Rum for a genuine Island experience.)
- 4 oz. lime juice
- 5 TBSP sugar
- 6 fresh strawberry slices (garnish)
Instructions:
- Blend the frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice, and sugar using a blender until the consistency is smooth.
- Pour into six glasses and garnish with one strawberry slice in each glass.
Taste of Cayman
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Gun Bay Vodka (produced right here on Grand Cayman)
- 1 ½ oz. mango puree
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. cilantro infused simple syrup
- Dash of key lime bitters
Instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake thoroughly.
- Pour over ice.
Cayman Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. vodka
- Triple sec
- 1 oz. peach schnapps
- Cranberry juice
- Club soda/seltzer water
Instructions:
- Add vodka, triple sec, and peach schnapps to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Pour over ice.
- Add a squeeze of lime.
- Add a splash each of cranberry and club soda.
Caribbean Rum Punch
Instructions:
- ½ oz. lime juice
- 4 oz. orange juice
- 4 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 ½ oz. dark rum (We suggest Governor’s Reserve.)
- 1 ½ light rum (We suggest Cayman’s own Seven Fathoms Rum.)
- Grenadine (just a splash)
- Nutmeg
- Orange slice
- Cherry
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour over ice.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.
Bikini Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. coconut rum
- ¾ oz. vodka
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- Grenadine (just a dash)
Instructions:
- Mix rum, vodka, and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well until frothy.
- Pour and add a splash of grenadine.
- Garnish with orange.
