- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ¾ oz. triple sec
Instructions:
- Prepare a cocktail shaker with ice.

- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a serving glass.

Courvoisier VSOP Vieux Carré
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Courvoisier VSOP
- 1 oz. rye whiskey
- 1 tsp Benedictine liqueur
- ¾ oz. rouge vermouth
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir well.
