Ingredients:
- 2 ½ fl. oz. chilled vodka
- 1 squeezed lime
- ⅓ pint chilled pineapple juice
- 2 fl. oz. grenadine
- 2 fresh pineapple slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Choose two highball glasses and fill with ice.
- Add the vodka, lime juice, and pineapple juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into the highball glasses.
- Add the grenadine slowly and pause while it settles into a pink layer at the glasses’ bottoms.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
