Craft a Few Cocktails

The Cayman Island
Ingredients:
- ½ oz. mango puree
- ½ oz. Acai vodka
- ¼ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. Lychee liqueur
- 1 ½ oz. guava juice
Instructions:
- Chill a cocktail glass
- Add all ingredients to the cocktail glass.
- Add ice.
- Stir gently.
Piña Colada
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup ice
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 2 oz. coconut cream
- 1 ½ oz. white rum
- 1 oz. dark rum
- Pineapple slices (garnish)
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to the blender.
- Blend to a smooth texture.
- Makes two glasses.
- Pour and garnish with pineapple slices.
Cayman Mama
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. coconut rum
- 1 oz. dark rum
- 5 oz. orange juice
- 5 oz. pineapple juice
- Dash of grenadine
Instructions:
- Add ice to a glass until halfway full.
- Add all of the ingredients.
- Stir thoroughly.
Watermelon Mojito
*makes four
Ingredients:
- 2 cups watermelon without seeds
- 1 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 8 tsp sugar
- 1 cup of mint leaves + ¼ cup for garnish
- 8 oz. white rum
- Ice
- Watermelon slice for garnish
Instructions:
- In each glass, muddle ½ cup of watermelon, 2 oz. of lime juice, and 2 tsp of sugar.
- Stir in ¼ cup of mint leaves.
- Add 2 oz. white rum and ice.
- Garnish with mint and watermelon slices.
