Bombay Sapphire Gin is distilled at the Laverstoke Mill in the United Kingdom. The spirit has 47% ABV and provides an experience that is both modern and traditional, earning its place as the second most widely enjoyed gin worldwide.
Made from a foundation of grain, Bombay Sapphire Gin is infused with almond, angelica, cassia, coriander, cubeb pepper, grains of paradise, juniper, lemon, licorice, orris root, and other botanicals.
Tasting Notes

Gin Basil Smash & Tonic Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 25 ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 10 ml caster sugar
- 2 lemon wedges
- 8 basil leaves
- 50 ml cucumber tonic
- 1 basil leaf
Instructions:
- Muddle together the lemon and caster sugar with the flat side of a bar spoon within a cocktail shaker.
- Add the basil leaves and muddle for 20 seconds.
- Add the Bombay Sapphire gin and a handful of ice.
- Shake well.
- Add the cucumber tonic and gently mix in the shaker.
- Fill the serving glass with ice and strain the liquid from the shaker into the glass.
Bay Royale
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Bombay Sapphire gin
- 15 ml dry sherry
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml bay leaf infused sugar syrup (2:1 ratio)
- 65 ml prosecco
- 1 lemon twist
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions:
- Combine the lemon juice, sugar syrup, prosecco, and gin into a cocktail shaker.
- Stir and fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a serving glass over ice.
- Top with prosecco and stir.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and bay leaf.
Vespear Martini
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Bombay Sapphire gin
- 15 ml Grey Goose
- 10 ml vermouth
- 1 lemon peel twist
Instructions:
- Place the gin, Grey Goose, vermouth, and ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
