About Prosecco Sparkling Wine
Prosecco Sparkling Wines come from Italy. White wines from at least 85% Glera grapes and 15% of Bianchetta, Trevigiana, Perera, Glera Lunga, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, or Pinot Noir, Prosecco wines are usually in full sparkling mode. Prosecco wines are generally dry, with a subtle sweetness from the grape composition.

Prosecco Sparkling Wine Cocktail Recipes
Aperol Spritz
Ingredients:
- Aperol
- Prosecco
- Soda
- Orange slice
- Ice
Instructions:
- Combine three parts Prosecco and two parts Aperol.
- Add a dash of soda and mix.
- Serve over ice with an orange slice for garnish.
Bellini
Ingredients:
- Prosecco
- Peach
Instructions:
- Fill ⅓ of a glass with peach purée.
- Top with Prosecco.
Pornstar Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. vanilla vodka
- ¾ oz. passion fruit liqueur
- ¾ oz. vanilla syrup
- 1 oz. passion fruit puree
- ½ oz. lime juice
- Slice of passion fruit
- Prosecco
Instructions:
- Prepare a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, vanilla syrup, passion fruit puree, and lime juice.
- Shake thoroughly.
- Strain into a serving glass.
- Garnish with a passion fruit slice.
- Serve with a chilled shot glass of Prosecco.
The Hugo
Ingredients:
- Prosecco
- ¾ oz. soda water
- 2 tsp Elderflower syrup
- Mint leaves
- Lime wedge
Instructions:
- Combine the mint leaves, lime wedge, and ice in a glass.
- Add the elderflower syrup and soda water. Mix.
- Top with Prosecco.
Sgroppino
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. vodka
- 1 scoop lemon sorbet
- Prosecco
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Serve in a cold glass.
Prosecco Margaritas
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. blanco tequila
- 2 oz. lime juice
- ¾ oz. triple sec
- Dash syrup
- Lime slices
- Coarse salt
Instructions:
- Rim a serving glass with lime and then salt.
- Mix the tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and syrup.
- Pour into the prepared glass.
- Top with Prosecco.
