Award-Winning Cayman Rum
Seven Fathoms Rum from Cayman Spirits Company is the first spirit to be made entirely in the Cayman Islands.
The handcrafted golden rum is distilled using molasses from organic sugarcane grown on Grand Cayman’s East End. It is ocean-aged in American White Oak bourbon barrels and submerged 42 feet (or seven fathoms) in a secret location off the Island’s coast, where gentle currents and consistent temperatures rock it to its full-bodied flavor until it’s ready for release.
Seven Fathoms Rum has earned a Double Gold Award from WSWA (Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America), scored a 90 from Wine Enthusiast, and is a favorite of rum aficionados around the world.
