The Hemingway Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. white rum (Havana Club suggested)
- ¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz. maraschino liqueur
- ¼ oz. simple syrup
- Grapefruit twist for garnish
Instructions:
- Add the rum, grapefruit juice, lime juice, maraschino liqueur, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the grapefruit twist.
The Rum Runner
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. orange juice
- 1 oz. blackberry liqueur
- 1 oz. banana liqueur
- 1 oz. light rum
- 1 oz. dark rum
- ½ oz. 151 rum
- Grenadine splash
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to an iced shaker.
- Shake thoroughly.
- Strain into glass over ice.
