Chapoutier Gigondas

The alternation of strawberry jam aromas and spicy/peppery notes creates a very pleasant bouquet. Floral then spicy (pepper) notes in the entry. The wine displays a superb tannic structure and lovely long-lingering flavours. Maturing takes place in concrete tank over 8 months.
