Pascal Jolivet Sancerre

Pascal Jolivet Sancerre is unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested from assorted terroir, 50% limestone, 30% limestone clay and 20% flint. The grapes are lightly pressed to preserve the integrity of the juice, and remain separated during the vinification process by terroir, after blending, each harvest brings its own uniqueness to the wine. On the nose, beautiful citrus, and light floral scents take hold, and on the palate, a structured minerality, and rich fruit flavors with a finish marked by faint notes of honey.
