Can you ship to the United States?

No. Orders can only be delivered to locations on Grand Cayman.

Will I be charged in US Dollars or Cayman Island Dollars?

All online transactions are conducted in US dollars and your credit/debit card will be charged in US dollars at the rate of KYD1.00 to USD1.20

We have Jacques Scott Wines & Spirits stores throughout Grand Cayman. You can see our locations here.

How do I know that my order has been received?

When you place your order online, you will immediately receive an email thanking you for your order and an order confirmation number. Your order is transmitted directly to our secure servers, where it is processed by our dedicated sales associates during normal business hours (Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).

Should you not receive this confirmation email, your order probably has not been properly received and processed. In this unlikely event, please contact us by email ([email protected]) or by telephone at (345) 949 0277.

All orders received via fax or mail are confirmed by email, telephone or return fax. If there are any problems with the fulfillment of your order, one of our representatives will contact you by telephone or email, advise you of the problem and have a fully acceptable solution.

What happens after I place my online order?

All orders will be confirmed by email or telephone with the customer, prior to delivery.

We attempt to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders for delivery placed online before 2pm will be delivered the same day. All orders for pickup placed online before 6 pm will be available for pickup before store closing at 7 pm.

If you need your order to be sent faster than this, please feel free to contact us and one of our representatives will attempt to help you in whatever way they can. We know how important it is for you to know when your order will arrive!

What security do you use on your website?

Our website ordering system interfaces directly with our point of sale system, which is located in our secure, state-of-the-art server room. All online purchases are secure and verified with TrustWave.

Do you share my information with anyone?

No! None of your information is shared with anyone. We respect and value your privacy.

How does Jacques Scott prevent underage drinking?

Jacques Scott is committed to responsible alcohol use. To visit this site you must be 18 years or older. Jacques Scott enforces a strict ID checking policy on all purchases delivered or picked up from the store. No delivery will be made to persons under the age of 18 years.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item please contact the store where you purchased the item or call David Hubble at 345-326-2015.

Why can I find an item in one store and not the other?
