Ingredients:
- 50 mL Bombay Sapphire gin
- 15 mL Martini Bianco Vermouth
- 15 ml St. Germain Elderflower
- Liqueur
- 100 ml Fever-Tree ginger ale
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 thin cut ginger root slice
- 1 large mint sprig
Instructions:
- Squeeze the lemon wedges into the glass.
- Then add the ginger root, St. Germain, Martini Bianco, and Bombay Sapphire.
- Mix well and then fill with ice and stir.
- Fill the glass with ginger ale and stir.
- Garnish with mint sprig.

Ingredients:
- 50 ml Star of Bombay gin
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml peppermint tea sugar syrup
- 35 ml cranberry juice drink
- 1 dash angostura orange bitters
- 3 raspberries
- 1 lemon peel twist
Instructions:
- Muddle the raspberries in the cocktail shaker and add all the ingredients.
- Add ice and shake well until the shaker is frosted.
- Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
