Thanks to chemicals in the fruit, seeds and skins of red grapes, scientists believe that red wine can boost a range of health factors:

How Much Wine Will You Need?
A bottle of wine is about 24 ounces, and a standard tasting pour is about two to three ounces, or about half the size of a regular serving. Some guests may want extra tastes.
