The process of producing Seven Fathoms Rum begins with the refinement of sugarcane. One of the by-products is molasses, which is fermented and distilled. Then, makers age the distilled product inside of American White Oak barrels that are buried underwater at seven fathoms, or 42 feet, deep. The temperature remains stable and the constant motion promotes the full, complex flavor of Seven Fathoms Rum.
With 40% ABV, the gold rum that is Seven Fathoms Rum offers a complex flavor that is appreciated by rum lovers worldwide.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Seven Fathoms Rum
- ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. honey
- Pinch of cardamom
- Blackberries, lemon twist, and basil leaf
Instructions:
- Combine Seven Fathoms Rum, lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain.
- Add a pinch of cardamom and garnish with berries, twist, and basil leaf.
Bronze Road Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Seven Fathoms Rum
- ½ oz. Carpano Red Vermouth
- ½ oz. Maraschino liqueur
- Dash of angostura bitters
- Lemon peel
Instructions:
- Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.

Seven Fathoms Swanky (recipe makes a full pitcher)
Ingredients:
- 12 cups of water
- 2 ½ cups of dark brown sugar
- 3 cups of fresh lime juice
- 1 Cayman Seville orange
- 4 cups of Seven Fathoms Rum
Instructions:
- Boil 6 cups of water and add the dark brown sugar.
- Add the rest of the water.
- Add the lime juice.
- Squeeze the juice of the orange into the mix.
- Leave the orange rinds to soak.
- Add the rum.
